Our Classes
The studio runs daily classes, where all levels are welcome. From Beginner to Advanced, our teachers help you find the confidence you need to get to know your body.
Our instructors are all different, with diverse lives, styles and backgrounds but what is consistent is that all of them are kind, committed and inspirational.
At EVOLVE, community is at the heart of everything we do. Through our blog, podcast, and monthly gatherings, we create space for meaningful connection, shared stories, and collective growth—while supporting local businesses and expanding access to wellness through scholarship opportunities.
Evolve is a community treasure. I recently attended Elora’s Restore class and it was all of that and more. It was exactly what I needed to center myself after a jam-packed day. To relax deeply in her studio environment with the setting sun streaming through those windows punctuated by a distant mountain was heaven! Thank you, Elora, for bringing the class such calm.
I love taking classes at Evolve. Elora and the other teachers are all very knowledgeable, classes are always on time, the studio is always clean and there really is a class for everyone whether you are a beginner or expert. I love how they also offer classes on the roof top deck. I highly recommend taking a class here, especially with Elora!
